It wasn’t an easy road—there were days I resisted leaving the house to train, but the turning point came when I realized the profound impact these changes made in my life. Now, I can play with my daughter without feeling exhausted. This blog delves into this journey of change, highlighting the five distractions many of us use to escape reality, and the five pillars that can lead to lasting health transformation. Let’s explore how stepping out of my comfort zone and embracing “angular habits,” like daily exercise and even cold showers, reshaped my life, paving the way to a healthier lifestyle.

When I came to the realization that my lifestyle choices were impacting not only my physical health but also my quality of life, it became clear that I needed to make a change.   • Hydration: Drinking enough water daily helps maintain energy levels and supports bodily functions.

The Role of Cold Showers

Adding cold showers to my routine also became an “angular habit.” Scientific research shows that exposure to cold increases the release of noradrenaline and dopamine, which can boost mood and alertness. This seemingly small act of embracing discomfort set the tone for handling other challenges, reinforcing discipline and resilience.
