Morning Rituals and Breakfast Choices
Good morning! Today, I’m excited to share with you my Whole Foods order and what I plan on preparing for breakfast. I’ve got some salt-free rice cakes, a couple of Envy apples, an Opal apple, and a very firm avocado. For soups, I picked up Thai carrot chickpea and jambalaya. I also managed to add some peanut butter to the order just in time – perfect for spreading on rice cakes!
To start my day, I make sure to take my vitamin B12 and vitamin D supplements, a daily routine for me, no matter where I am. Meditation is also a key part of my morning routine, using the Slim app for affirmations and daily quotes. As I enjoy my breakfast, I’ll respond to client messages, emails, and edit videos while overlooking the pool.
Lunch by the Beach
Lunch is an experience in itself as I’m the person who brings soup to the beach! I love using my Stojo bowls, which are super convenient for travel. Today, I’m having the Plant-Strong spicy Cajun jambalaya soup, which has minimal salt, no added oil, and no refined sugar. I love how thick it is, and for those who prefer saltier dishes, a sprinkle of salt could enhance the flavor.
For lunch, I paired the soup with a Fuji apple, savoring the simplicity and wholesomeness of these ingredients. It’s the little things that bring joy!
Dining Out: Salt-Free Sushi Adventures
As evening approaches, we head to a favorite restaurant called Water in Miami. Known for its incredible sushi, I opt for boiled water to make chamomile tea and enjoy veggie rolls without added salt. My go-to is the crispy asparagus roll, customized to skip the crispy part to keep things light and healthy.
The restaurant ambiance is delightful, and the service is impeccable. They even brought us chocolate cake, which my fiancé enjoyed while I stuck to my rice cakes with nut butter and seeds for dessert.

Before wrapping up the evening, I take a moment for skincare, applying moisturizer and enjoying the natural look without makeup. A little tip from me: extend your skincare routine down to your neck and chest for comprehensive care.
With dinner plans at Catch, I once again order my favorite edamame without salt and a custom avocado cucumber roll, complete with sesame seeds. Every meal is a testament to the joy of mindful eating and adapting to plant-based options while traveling.
